At Stone Aim, we follow a structured and transparent approach to working hours and employee leave in accordance with Indian labor laws, including the Weekly Holidays Act, 1942.

Working Hours & Weekly Schedule

• Employees are expected to work 48 hours per week, spread across six days, with Sunday as the weekly off.

• Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• A 1-hour lunch break is provided from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

• Employees are also entitled to two tea breaks:

  • Morning Break: 11:00 AM to 11:10 AM

  • Evening Break: 4:00 PM to 4:10 PM

Leave Policy

• Employees are granted 8 casual leaves annually.

• Additionally, employees earn 1 earned leave for every 20 working days.

Overtime Policy

• At Stone Aim, the practice of overtime is discouraged and not mandatory.

• Overtime is strictly voluntary and can only be undertaken with prior agreement.

• If required, employees may work up to 12 hours of overtime per week, for which they will be compensated as per the company’s standing orders and applicable labor laws.
